Our Real Estate Group also acts for numerous developers, lenders, corporate entities and individuals active in the residential property sector. We are experienced in handling a full range of residential property transactions including development, repossession sales, private individual acquisitions and sales, re-mortgages, enfranchisement and lease extensions. As specialists in residential development acting for developers we deal with all aspects of a development from the acquisition and finance of the development site to advice on planning agreements and individual plot sales.
